Maybe a popular blog would be for music... something to include the popular hits, genres, stuff for musicians, etc. The whole nine yards. :) What do you all think?
I think a music blog of some kind would be great. Probably have to narrow it since music is so broad. A blog about legendary guitarists might be pretty neat, too.
Would if you did a name like 'musical notes.' (That's cheesy).
I was thinking more of ideas such as categories, such as genres of music (pop, jazz, country, etc, world music,), as well as a space to talk about the different artists that are moving in and out of the scene.
I like the idea of blogs that have broader topics, just because there are more options of what to write about over a longer span of time, and there's more input from different people and the perspectives they have.
What I meant by narrow is confining a blog to something like oldies music, today's music or broader like brookeh9 described. I'm not sure which would be best. Music can be expanded on in so many ways, including artists, bands, concerts, etc.
A music blog would be awesome. I think it should be broad because then readers can be exposed to genres they normally don't listen to. It should also include album reviews, and concert reviews. I mean it doesn't have to be professional or anything, which is why this weblog is so great.
